HAFCAC is a membership organisation. Membership is free.

There are two kinds of membership - full members and supporters.

FULL MEMBERS are disabled people living or working in Hammersmith and Fulham.

SUPPORTERS support HAFCAC’s aims but do not qualify as a full member.

As a member or a supporter we will keep you in touch with our campaigning work.

Only full members can be involved in any votes to decide how the organisation works.

How do I join HAFCAC?

You can download a membership form here, complete it and email this back to us at info@hafcac.org.uk 

Or you can print it off and complete it, returning it to our office at:
